Supreme Court dismisses APC’s appeal against Peter Mbah

The Supreme Court has ruled against the appeal filed by the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Uche Nnaji against Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah challenging his Victory at the Guber polls.

Delivering Judgement, Justice Tijani Abubakar held that the legal team of the APC and Nnaji filed “invalid brief of argument”

Justice  Abubakar further held that since their brief was found to be invalid, the invalidity also affected the appeal in respect of which the appeal was filed.

He proceeded to dismiss the brief and appeal filed by Nnaji and the APC.
