Hazel Oyeze Onou, aka Whitemoney, who was recently evicted from the Big Brother Naija All Stars season , asserted that Mercy Eke should win the N120 million grand prize despite having won the “Pepper Dem” edition of the show in 2019.
In a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Whitemoney made this claim and chastised those who were critical of Mercy and him for taking part in the All-Star edition despite having won the show in the past.
The ‘Shine Ya Eye’ winner used a sports analogy when he said, “If you play in a championship cup and win, you’d go home the following season and say don’t wanna play again? No, you must keep succeeding.
He said: “Mercy does deserve to win [the N120m grand prize]. If she wins it that’s good for her profile. It’s good for her prestige. It’s good for whatever she is trying to build. So, if she wins it again that would be very nice. No cap.”
